I wasn't inspector gadget but the room was clean and well maintained. Service was good and fast. The lobby just had a bunch of flies, outside the door to. Maybe they were just trying to cool off it was really hot that day. I loved the fact that that have a parking lot whick made this location a dime a dozen but I would have loved it more if it was bigger. I believe it can accommodate 10 cars. I'm sure they have like 4x the rooms. It has 4 floors. Overall good stay I'd do it again.??

Filthy. My family and I came to town for my Father’s funeral. I booked two rooms for one night. I requested two non-smoking rooms. They were only able to provide one non-smoking room. The night manager was rude. I asked for a receipt upon paying for the room. He was dismissive and shooed me away and said that I'll get it in the morning. The room was freezing- no heat and no extra blankets. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected and did not work at all.Housekeeping did nor clean the room before we occupied it. This was evident because there was a used mask with red hair cinched around the earloop sitting on the nightstand next to the disconnected telephone. There was a used washcloth hanging on the towel rack. The bathroom sink was clogged and curtain on the window was off track. Upon leaving the rooms to go out for dinner that evening, we saw that someone had knocked over a bottle of orange soda in the elevator. As we were leaving, the night manager saw the soda spill, stepped over it and rode the elevator to another floor. When we returned, the soda was still in the elevator. In the smoking room (#404) my brother and cousin found roaches in the sink and tub. In our room (#105) the bed closest to the window was not anchored properly. My sister sat on the edge of the bed to untie her shoes and the head of the bed flipped up and knocked her to the floor. It also happened to me. For a one night stay in the city, the place is overpriced. However, the location was convenient. Will not be returning- the customer service itself was disgusting.

Clean, nice staff. Had no issues with our room. Stayed for two nights. While we didn't enjoy the complimentary breakfast, it was available. Not very many people. Everyone wore masks in common areas. A short walk from Bronx terminal market and Yankee stadium. Highly recommend staying here.

The ladies at the front desk helped me check in. They provided me with exceptional customer service. Jocelyn and Ashley are the best. Thank you ladies. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are nice and comfortable. I plan on returning soon. God Bless.

The rooms were a bit smaller than expected and the right bed was less than a foot away from the bathroom so when I took a shower, I had to squeeze through the bed and wall. The service was good because I like to be left alone and they cleaned the room. The problem was everything smelled like smoke. The smell was so heavy that I had to go to target and get candles, air freshener, and a odor absorbant. The location was nice for the most part, there's a carnival in front of the place and shut down when I go to bed (10:00). Another place there is the Bronx Central Market which has food and shopping services.

I stayed for 1 night. The rooms were clean. The place is quiet. The guy at the desk couldn't understand what I was saying so I had to constantly repeat myself but other than that it's a decent place. It's not worth the price they're asking for for the nightly rate and rooms are small.

I frequent this place once a week for work and I have to say although the parking is tough at times the rooms are quite nice. I think the sense of urgency for service is always there whenever I need it. There is a manager I believe his name is Smit and in my opinion deserves a raise. He's always there and he'll always accommodating. Even with the simplest things or big things he figures it out and makes it seamless. The other thing is if he can't accommodate he will let you know and I appreciate that. There is another young lady at the front desk with glasses which I didn't catch her name but she's very poised and is ready to help with whatever you need. This is one of my favorite go-to spots in the Bronx when I need to work and I recommend it for others.

I checked in room 404 at the Ramada by Wyndham Bronx Terminal. When I entered the room, I placed my jacket on the bed, and there was a roach crawling on bed. During my entire stay, roaches crawled from numerous sections of the room (I.e. my mothers bed, the bathroom sink, the floor). I also noticed a spot of dried blood by her bed. I asked a worker about the ice machine, which was located on the third floor of the hotel. When my mother and I went to the machine, there were numerous piece of ice that had roaches frozen inside.Update: I was provided a 20% refund. Never going back and I’m reporting them.

The stay was good because of the size of the bed Nd the room itself looks great, also spacious the only had a problem about I had was with the roaches they were literally everywhere, like in the curtains under the table in the room , in the bathroom basically like I said every where Nd Instead of hiding they kept coming

If i could give this place negative stars i would! ITS INFESTED WITH ROACHES! Literally killed about 4 roaches and seen about 6 more that i didn’t get to kill!!! Dude downstairs switched my room from the 4th floor to the 1st floor. As soon as i walked in there was a roach next to the tv. I searched the room before getting comfortable and seen 2 more roaches. I packed my bag and back downstairs and asked for my money back (which i payed cash, so it shouldn’t of been a problem to get a refund), however dude didn’t wanna give me money back instead wanted to give me a 3rd room and give me a discount! After making a scene she called his boss again and they gave me a full refund! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! ROACHES ARE LITERALLY EVERYWHERE!!!

I reserved 2 rooms and quite honestly would have been better off sleeping in my car. I unplugged their hair dryer to use outlet in one room and had roaches come crawling out and in second room had roaches coming from lamp on night stand. Thanks for the sleepless night after my mother in laws funeral.

Ugh, unfortunately I would have not picked this hotel....... but since traveling with a group it was what was decided. Room does not have any type of coffee makers in any room. SO IF COFFEE IS YOUR JAM, STAY AWAY COVID RUINED COFFEE... blow dryers don't work either bummer hairs a mess happy 40th!!! Oh and these little guys showed up,,,, I know we are in the city, so do roaches come with the territory??? (Asking for a friend)
