I will never step into this store again. Bought a pair of shoes a few days ago and went to return them because they weren't fitting right in my heels with socks on. I was told I couldn't take them back because they were dirty on the bottom. Ok...but I have been shopping at Rainbow for years in different states and I have seen shoes returned more dirty and used than mine were. Not to mention they didn't give any of those customers problems. I didn't argue because one I didn't want to waste my breath and two that was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. Not to mention when I was at the store buying those shoes I witnessed a woman fall because of lack of proper signage letting customers know to watch thier step. She was fine and didn't want me to make a big deal about it. So I just gave her my number and said if she was more injured and had to go to hospital or doctor and wanted to report it to the store then I would be willing to say what I saw. I myself had almost tripped but caught myself. This step encompasses almost the whole shoe section and into the racks downstairs. No where is posted to watch your step. This store is dangerous and doesn't have very good customer service. I'll go else where and not back to this company's businesses.

Line was fast and everything was Organize in size order . Made it fast and easy for me to shop.

The music is way too loud, it’s a clothing store not a night club the racks are way overpacked and there is not enough space to walk between the aisle.
