I’ve shopped at this store since I was a child, primarily out of convenience. However, over the past 5-6 years, most of the staff have displayed a lack of customer service and overall rude behaviors. If you visually present as “Latino” you may receive a higher level of customer service than those who don’t which is really unfortunate considering the neighborhood is predominantly Black and Latino. Returns seem to always be an issue and the staff are inconsistent with who they check bags and carts for.
I won’t be shopping here anymore; the clothing isn’t worth the store experience.

Im writing this review because I am VERY concerned with the treatment the workers get there. This lady apparently the manager screams at them all the time and is not respectful at all. She bosses them around and humiliates the workers. I went to the store twice in a week and I was in shock when I saw and heard her. Her behavior is horrendous and it’s very unpleasant to even go in the store because she’s always screaming. So unnecessary…

Rainbow shops is an excellent store in its prices, the treatment towards its customers is super good every time I come from the Dominican Republic I always buy in this store, their specials that they always put on are very good. And to the supervisors who continue like this with their staff, I send the best of them and they will always have staff as they have done until now with their excellent services...

The prices are really cheap, price matches the quality of the clothes. Some items are a bit pricier and will last more than a few washes. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the hostile environment.
