For starters: this is not the place to go if you are trying to squeeze in an appointment in your busy schedule. When you make an appointment expect a15-20 minute wait with a potentially longer wait if it's busy. Be mindful that there's only one person working at this location.
However, you will receive wonderful service. The office is clean and sanitary. The lady who did my blood draw, Katie was an absolute delight!

They did not open the entrance door despite my repeated attempts at buzzing the doorbell.

I made an appointment. We were taken earlier. There was not a wait. The technician was competent and patient. My daughter was petrified to have her blood taken, and the technician treated her with respect, but with a loving firmness which allowed the procedure to take place without pain. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, prompt and competent. Only issue is that one can't reach Quest by phone.

My husband is gravely ill and is in a wheelchair with shortness of breath. We were at Riverdale avenue's quest Monday April 22 for our 10:40 appointment. It was chaos, and the nurse didn't follow the appointment check in order , which was displayed on the screen in the waiting room. We were taken around 11:20, and I handed in our 2 blood tests order (actually the tests order were also on file in Quest system) by saying that we had 2 tests to be done. April 23rd morning at 7:00 am, when I checked the Quest portal, I found out the nurse who drew the blood only put one order in and the more important platelet count test was missing. I quickly made the earliest appointment which was 2:40 p.m. on April 23rd and went to Riverdale Avenue quest at 8:40 to explain the missing test. Instead of apologizing for her mistake and finding a way to correct the situation, the same nurse refused to take us in earlier, saying " what happened was yesterday, and today is another day." A few patients witnessed my situation and offered to give me their spots, but the nurse refused by saying the system does not allowed her to do so. By 10 am, she finally called us in, mumbling "let me do it now, otherwise it will be an ongoing headache". My poor husband had been sitting on that wheelchair, having difficulty for breathing, for more than an hour. By the way, I am an elderly Asian woman. I noticed that the nurse on duty was nice and friendly to everyone, except to me.
As the wife of a patient who needs repeated blood work regularly, I have always had excellent experience with the other nurse, who was compassionate, patient, and courteous. And I have always given 5-star rating until this week.
Too bad that I cannot give minus 5 star rating regarding my April 22nd and 23rd experience.

Ridiculous wait time although I planned and arrived early. Another employee walks in at 9:10am and she has a negative, condescending attitude towards customers. I used the bathroom and guess what there is no soap in the bathroom. Instead there is a note that says the soap is outside the bathroom door?!? Well I open the door and there is no soap outside the door either.
How can I trust that these losers will do my bloodwork properly?

Disinterested staff and very unknowledgeable. They had mistakenly told me they didn’t have supplies and made me travel an additional 2 hours to the other quest lab for them to tell me I shouldn’t have came. Disappointing. They only prioritize payments.

This location could be so much better by adding new employees and some management. There is no reason the wait time and service should be this way. Horrible

I was told by the clinician who sent me for some blood work that I could just walk into the Quest near me. Google reports that the facility closes at 4:00 PM. I got there at 3:35, but the worker told me she could not "fit me in." I waited a bit and saw her last client walk out at 3:45. Still, she refused to do a blood draw, saying there was a lot she had to do to process my blood work. It seemed that her convenience was more important than mine.

had five minutes to ask a simple questions, but literally listened to their machine for that time period giving out the address and specifics of their location until they closed. WOW. Couldn't you provide an option for people that need so much information about your hours by pressing a number? Why are these labs getting so big and are ran soooo poorly...

Dirty, totally unkempt. Afraid to sit on super stained furniture. One person working the lab for the large number of clients. Can anyone say super spreader:COVID.

The phlebotomist was skilled and warm to patients. I had to wait a bit, but grateful for the ease of the draw and her warm demeanor
