Horrific. It took over an hour just to drop something off because no one is ever at the front desk. Don’t bother to try calling, you can never reach an actual person and the automated service just hangs up on you.

The one bathroom was very disgusting. How can you get a urine sample without getting a disease from these bathrooms. They should have one for women and one for men. There was urine all over the seat and on the floor. A medical facility should be spotless, especially with all these new diseases popping up. Please do something about this.

Tracy was lovely, I was taken in quick. I did have an appointment. It was a 3 hr testing I had to do. Everyone is pleasant.

Very disappointed came in on a walk-in since 11:30am after another appointment close by. Originally tried to make an appointment with no success. By 1:30, I asked this rude lady with red braids as to how long I would have to wait with more disrespectful behavior after she disrespected two other people, one an older male. I will not be going there anymore

Disgusting unhygienic for a medical lab. I would give this place a 0 if I could. The carpet had mold and their urine and blood collection box was located in area where their was a rat hole in carpet. I will never come here. The workers are very rude and dismissive, also talk to you like you owe them something.

overall worst facility i ever been too, over an hour waiting to be seen for a 2 min drug test. When i got there, there were literally only 2 people in the waiting room. I do not reccomend

I wish I got their names but these two lovely ladies took care of my son. He does not do well with getting his blood drawn. I am so thankful for how kind and patient they were with him. Highly recommend this location to anyone!!
