I visted to have my nail done as I have been here before. I have a nail that is irregular and an insecurity of mine. While I was haveing my nails done the tech called over another tech and made several comments to each other in humorous tones before asking me to relocate to another station. I was still feeling uncomfortable because of the way I was looked at from across the room from. No one should feel so low while doing something that should bring them up.The design was nice but the experience was horrible.

I’ve been here a few times. Nails do last a long time but I always leave bleeding or in pain, they do too much talking and don’t pay attention sometimes. I had one lady file into the skin thru my nail. So I definitely don’t recommend. We need real nail professionals at this place.

It’s an issue everytime I come here service is horrible nail quality HORRIBLE they are dirty equipment not properly sanitized the number on google isn’t even the number to the shop people telling you someone is available and when you get to salon no availability smh no professionalism & they laugh when you express concern just ridiculous WILL NEVER RETURN

Horrible experience the person that did my nails was very rude and nasty her name is michel she was doing the job like she was upset and I said if you don’t want to do job I’ll get someone else she said no am ok but she wasn’t she was so miserable then I said if you want to eat breakfast you can I’ll wait because I saw food right in back of her what was that for she got even more upset these people don’t realize they have to be polite to people not rude the place is no good wouldn’t go back

Ehhh.. decent job mani looks ok.. for the price not so much. $20 no cuticle oil, a drop of lotion, no hand massage with it and no hot towel. Not necessary for a decent mani but necessary with these prices. Average mani in this area $12-$15 dollars. And no it was not busy i went to the chair right away my mani took 10 minutes because no my hands weren’t a hot mess.Service: Manicure

Staff very rude when shopping in the supply section, didn’t answer any questions about what products they have ,over priced cheaply made broken wish tools and charms.very unprofessional.

I always go to this salon, I always get seen right away. The ladies there take good care of you. I get mani/ pedi done every few weeks and they do a great job!Services: Nail cut & filing

I love this place and am a loyal customer. They make you feel welcomed. Are very eager to get you taken care of right away. My two favorite nail technicians are the gentleman at the last station and the young lady at the first station. They also sell all types of nail items and polishes (gel/sns) that you can stock up on of your a nail salon owner in need of supplies or like to do your own. Best salon in the bronx

I went in to get A LOT of supplies and was met with an unwelcoming, rude, unhelpful employee. This place could make serious money if the weren't so rude and helped customers when making purchases for supplies.NEVER AGAIN!

Dont waste your time ! And money ! I did a dipping powder Which he said it was going to last me 3 weeks ! Which only lasted 5 days had to go back and re do it ! Also they make you feel uncomfortable they all talk about you ! They’re rude and catch attitudes they do such a bad job
