LOVE Profesional Physical Therapy. Only 3 sessions with Nichol and my hand is feeling a little stronger and the internal swelling has gone down to some degree.

My experience with Nicole has been an excellent experience. She is very knowledgeable and very detailed in her approach to my pain and what I need to get better. I love working with her, I would and have already, highly recommend her to anyone who needs treatment.

My mom started her PT on her knee and let me tell you, these therapists are very attended, and do there job very well. Our therapist Jasper is awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly and does his job very well. It a clean place with good equipments. Overall my mommy is happy and satisfied with her therapy.

A very convenient,well staffed highly motivated therapists.Lovely atmosphere.,well lit,spacious,great view, with an acceptable sanitary conditions.Bathrooms available in area.Service with a smile.Patients seem to be congenial as they feel the immediate hospitality as they are welcome.Interesting note,the positive working relalionship among the many staffers

HIGHLY, highly recommend this office. The therapists, assistants, aides, front desk staff- All of the staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming. We have been coming here a few weeks now, and every visit we receive great care. Plus the office is clean.

Good morning, l am currently gettingPT services at this facility and so far am satisfied. My husband is recovering from shoulder replacement surgery and is also satisfied with the treatment.The staff is mindful of your needs.It's clean and as patients complete their sessions the staff disinfects the area.The front desk is courteous and attentive. John goes out of his way to assist you if you need help to log in . He's very patient and professional.Meredith is approachable and listens to the patient and explains the steps of PT according to the needs of each patient.Jackyis friendly and explains what PT treatment best suits your condition.

This location is very clean, everything runs on time and the team is very helpful, efficient and friendly. My PT, Jacky Chow is very competent and knowledgeable. He has wonderful manners and a sweet smile, which helps when you are working with with cranky people and their pains!! Like me!! I appreciate all the help and kindness he has shown me. Many thanks.

Folks are professional, organized and warm. Aaron, the Pt did a careful initial assessment, and took the time to discuss and explain the plan. Regular sessions are efficient and therapetic. I recommend Pro PT very very highly!

You come in pain and you leave with more pain, but if you stick with it you will feel so much better. It's a good pain. The exercises will get you in shape and you'll be glad you stuck it out. The staff is super friendly and supportive. I have to have my other knee replaced and I will be coming back here!!!

Hi I'm a patient in this location. So far Im happy with the help I had received. I’m only on my third visit but so far no complaints. My appointment had been always on time, stuff is very nice and pleasant from the front desk to all therapist. All them are very helpful, and the place is always clean. My PT Jasper’s is super cool and professional. I recommend him.

Professional Physical Therapy was so great with helping me with my herniated disc. The atmosphere and therapists are very pleasant and helpful. Its always kept neat and clean. Jasper is amazing and would totally recommend. Thank you!!!

My experience so far has been superb. They provide the tools to help you return to your daily routines. However, you have to work for it as well. The staff are great and well mannered. A great place to get your Rehab services.

I can’t explain how amazing Meredith and the entire team at Professional physical therapy in the Bronx were! They all made me feel like I was family at each visit! Meredith was so knowledgeable, professional and always so encouraging and helpful! She told me to take my time and trust her and I did and my knee injury has improved so much since working with her. I’m so grateful and would recommend her and this location to anyone looking to her back on track after an injury! THANK YOU!!!!
