“This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“JLC Printing massively delivered for an After Party event on June 9th. We needed 15 huge colors banners (6'x15'), a step & repeat banner, multiple retractable banners, postcards, and a table cloth for the DJ table. 90% of the materials in the attached photos were printed by JLC. Everything was printed in a short time frame (about one week), it was delivered on time, the printing quality was phenomenal, nothing was missing, and the event was a huge success. Honestly, I was initially unsure about this company because their previous reviews were pretty old, but they crushed it. Can't say enough. Thank you, Jaime! Sorry for the overdue review!”

“Been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years now. My mom loves their service. I like that they remember you. They have a large inventory to choose from. Especially, for the neighborhood they are servicing. The pharmacists are always professional. Unlike other pharmacies, when you get your prescription filled, ALL your prescriptions are FULLY filled. No coming back later in the week, because they owe you. The store is clean, and the atmosphere is a lot better, than most stores on Webster Ave.”

“This place is by far the worst of the worst. We mailed a package to my daughter and they put somebody else’s stuff in our box and charged us $205 to mail it to her and when she got the package and opened it up, it had somebody else’s belongings in it which brought the package weight too damn near 20 pounds. Our package didn’t even weigh 7 pounds and we had to pay for somebody else’s stuff and didn’t even know about it until today when my daughter received it and opened it and called me and asked me about it, if I could give this place zero stars I would and I would highly recommend that nobody use this place to ship packages from !!! We are out of over $100 because their employees are dumb as a doorbell we feel like we’ve been robbed and what about the poor person who trusted them with their package and they never received it because it was added in mine ? I will never do business with them again and would never suggest them to anyone this employee who name I will not mention in this review does not need to be working in this line of work making mistakes like this and costing customers money”

“I have been using this FedEx store since 2017. Joanne was serving then and now. She is a pro, and she cares and really helps. This is important because FedEx online customer service sucks. Their 800-463-3339 customer service phone people are terrible: they hangup forcing me to call again. In short, not all Fedex people are good. It is their customer oriented people like Joanne that make Fedex as good as they are.”
“They have good service overall, and are friendly. It states close is at 7pm. Ive been there 3 different times at 5pm; and the ladies close the store and walk out. They dont say when they will be back or anything. If they on lunch or break, someone should keep the doors open for customers.”

“For the first time, I had to send a phone back to Samsung as part of a trade-in. I had a little trouble finding a Fedex Shipping Center, so I called PostNet in Parkchester (Bronx Location) and spoke to Alana, who was very friendly and advised me that everything I needed to get done, could be handled at her location. When I got there, I was greeted very friendly and respectfully. Business was handled extremely fast and professional. It is hard to find places that do good business and exercise excellent customer service! Well, I found it all in one place at PostnNet with Alana. Thank you so much for your service Alana I appreciate it!!!”
