I came here about three or four weeks ago and felt uncomfortable the minute they kept asking if i was a new client… the person who washed my hair barely put in work, the lady Ana who did my hair was TERRIBLE. Her service itself was upsetting. She was on the phone the whole time, her hands were a bit aggressive, and my hair came out frizzy. The next day it looked like it was caught in the rain or something and felt disgustedly mistreated. The fact that i have good decent hair… this never has happened to me. Lastly, my hair length is not that long! This place overcharged me only for a wash and set!!! Never again.

My hair came out amazing, I have naturally wavy curly hair so when they washed and blew it out definitely looked and felt good my hair felt lighter and it's always a hassle to do everyday with 2 kids so getting it professionally done every now and then is great and I would definitely come back here again ?
