I have been coming to this location for a few years now to drop off pre-paid UPS and FedEx packages, the staff always scans my item and hands me a receipt. Very professional, never had a problem with anyone here. This is the only spot in the Fordham area that is a professional and reliable package drop-off!

SUPER EXPENSIVE PRINTING. $5 set up fee just to send something to the printer. Then $.50 per page. Need a Staples on Fordham ASAP!

I was there today 5/24/2024 They charged me 5.55c for a print, just one sheet is very expensive and the worker says it's 5 dollars for his service, please, it's just a letter printer and that's why they charge so much, too expensive, I didn't like it for nothing about the service and that gentleman was polite

xavier helped me out so much yesterday - he was patient and knowledgeable when I had a complicated task to complete. he even stayed open later to let me finish with all of my printing. shoutout fordham postnet for excellent employees!

The ONLY reliable place in the neighborhood when it comes to UPS, FedEx & i don't think people understand that businesses have to charge certain Fee's for their services to stay OPENYou're not paying for a piece of paper you're paying for the Services & conveniences they provide . And they do it very well

On Thursday, May, 18, 2023, I had the pleasure of receiving service from John at the POSTNET at 460 East Fordham Rd. He was quick to assist me by explaining all charges associated with my transaction and ensuring my printing needs were met in a timely fashion. His infectious smile and sense of urgency proved that stellar customer service is readily available whenever I go to this franchise. John's attitude and professionalism are exemplary in a time when businesses forget their patrons have options. Kudos and thank you!

I visited the PostNet of Fordham Road#10, located in 460 East Fordham Road on Friday, October 21st, 2022. I went to send a package which contained fragile contents. The retail specialist, Carlos, took care of my delivery. He was excellent! I liked the way how he took care of my package. He was very patient and very professional. In addition, he offered options that best suited my delivery needs and informed me about other services that PostNet offers to customers. I was very satisfied with Carlos service. ???DB.10/24/22.

Alana was AMAZING! She’s truly a blessing. Spent $800 on a shipping project and I’m still leaving with a smile on my face. Her patience is greatly appreciated. If you have ANY shipping needs, it’s a MUST you come here. If the Fordham location is out of your way, the 149th and Grand Concourse location is phenomenal as well. They are also opening a new location in Crotona Park which I know will be just as amazing as these other locations since they have great management.

I went to PostNet to send a package out. Jose was very helpful and very friendly. He did an excellent job of making sure the items in my box were secure and would get damaged during shipment.
