If i could give no stars i would. The manger is extremely rude and nasty. I order food on my break and he had the nerve to give it to someone else. Then told me it’s not that serious because he can make another one. That wasn’t the point at all. To make the matter even worst after i had to raise my voice, “oh i will kick you out my store”. Again the manger is extremely rude and nasty and shouldn’t be leading any team.

Staff is rude. Food is ok. Place is dirty.Customer returned food because the order was wrong and the worker put the food back with the new food instead of throwing it out.Never again!

Eusuf Khan was very nice, my husband did not want a lot mayonnaise on his chicken sandwich and he re made one and even added ketchup for his liking, Very pleased with with overall customer service! The other workers were also very polite.

This is the second time that ALICIA wants to mess with me. A month ago, I ordered food and was missing my fries. So I went to the store with my receipt and Alicia was calling me a liar. I responded with Do I look that broke for free fries. Anyways the store manager gave me the fries. Today she took my order and clearly remembered me. She tried to give me my order wrong and I corrected her. She wanted to charge me the dollar but the manager said don’t do that. And she purposely left my order incomplete. This is 2 times and now I’m pissed. It’s unprofessional to give me attitude, but to take money and purposely leave part of the order out. With her in the store I can see a future closure. Get her out before more people complain.

Don't order through any delivery service. Three times in a row they forgot an $8 dollar item. How hard is it to make sure all the items are in the order before sending it out?

Went in to ask for a glass of tap water. Waiter rung me up and tried to charge me a dollar. Disgusting joke of a branch. The restaurant itself is filthy and there are flies everywhere. Better to starve to death than to eat here.

Place was dirty. Windows super dirty. Tables and floor dirty but compare to other was good. I’m not sure if the location make the difference. The person at the counter was very nice. I took a look into the kitchen and show a good level of cleanest. The front part is the one that needs attention. Presentation is important.

Staff is friendly however I definitely reccomend the owner/manager gives the staff some options for customers to choose what they'd like. My order was a two can dine normally I can choose what I want aside from the mild or spicy option so lets say 1 breast 1 leg and 3 thighs, this specific location is forced to give customers what they give and thats it vs in others up in westchester county/parts of NJ its the complete opposite.Also I want to note that the gentleman wanted to charge me an additional 5 dollars due to me wanting to alter my order and I asked is this your manager requesting for this and he stated yes we are forced I really can't do much here and I completely understand.I Want to add that if you are nice they may give you a sauce of your choice for free however for the most part you will need to pay for each sauce and in addition no extra butter is available for the biscuits. It seems that basically for every single thing you will need to pay for in this location compared to other Popeyes I've been too.
