This pharmacy is like home if they don’t have what you need they will get it. They work with you hella kind and respectful niel he’s the owner and the best, i highly recommend this pharmacy.

cant submit a review without putting atleast 1 star so i choese 1 star but had worst experiece and staff were so rude and put us on hold for 15-18 min when we called them for twoo times worst behaviour by pharmacist never ever fill a rx from here again forever pls never go there

I've been going to this pharmacy for the past 15 years and my family for longer. It seems there has been new staff for the past year or so, and after several trips over the past 6 months, I am convinced that the new staff, especially the new lady that seems to be of middle eastern descent, has absolutely no idea how to do their job correctly.They have lied to me every instance I have called ahead of time to ask about my prescriptions by telling me that it is ready for pick up. Instead, after arrival, I was made to wait or come back after 1-4 hours or more, because it wasn't ready (my prescription just comes in a factory sealed box), or it was unavailable at their store. In another instance, instead of answering a question and clearly relaying information, they gave many roundabout answers when instead they simply meant, "We're out of stock." Their service toward customers also needs work, as they are quick to take up a rude attitude. Making the, "talk to the hand" gesture when someone is asking a question, or just blatantly ignoring them are two examples.Although it wasn't perfect, the previous staff were terrific at their job. Perhaps the new staff lack training, they are unsuited for customer service or are simply, inherently inefficient in carrying out tasks. Either ways, I will be moving to a different pharmacy henceforth.

Looks like they got new staff and the Staff is still slow, it takes three people just to take care of one customer. Unorganized, will never come back here again!

I’ve been patronizing Poe pharmacy for 26 years yes they are a little slow at times but I wouldn’t trade them for any big box pharmacy in the world

The girls that work there are very helpful and always look out for my mom. It can be busy at times, so you have to be patient. But yes, a reliable pharmacy.

Love this pharmacy from the owner to the girls there all of them by the way are my favorites girls in the whole world. They are honest and fun to spend time and so educated about the médecine you need that they will always look out for you. Poe Pharmacy is the go to place for your médecine
