PLS is my only favorite cashier I go to with cashing my check and add funds to my debit card. And all the females and gentlemen are very nice with me. And sometimes if there is long lines I like to wait and I don’t complain like most people do. And I’m sure the banks are crowded and all people need to do is wait. And doesn’t matter of any race this PLS Cashier is the best. And they know my name ?

My questions is; It is that legal, that cashiers questioning customers about personal stuff, like what kind of job they did to make that amount of money?. I don't believe that's their business, all they have to do is confirm that both, customers and checks, are compatibles and legit. Every week I was cashing my checks here, but not anymore.

The female staff are all rude and unprofessional and any service your there for is extremely uncomfortable it's like your dealing with prison guards throughout the whole ordeal. I'd rather jus travel to another establishment than to give them any business and they're located 2min from where I live and that speaks volumes right there. So I advise people be mindful about going here.

Cashier was racial pro filing black customers and treating Hispanic better than black people they always argue with black but never treat a Hispanic the same way awful service disgusting why are they still there and not fired definitely need a reality check but before it gets out hand management needs to address this problem plzzzz if you don't want blacks in their go to a all Hispanic neighborhood

The line is always too long.This place needs more tellers and the tellers need to be faster. The location is on Fordham Rd.which is a very busy area so adjustments need to be made to suit the environment. There never seems to be enough tellers working at one timeWhy? Very slow service here and it is frustrating at times.Although I appreciate PLS I wish the service was faster.

Would be so much better if either the tellers or the network systems were faster. If you subtracted the time tellers are waiting for a network transaction to be completed customers often spend more time waiting than actually doing anything at the windows.
