Went here for a phone repair. The speaker was not working. Gave me a quote which I agreed to.15 minutes later they had called me explained the phone was dirty no repair was needed and after a deep clean everything worked as it’s supposed to.They then did not charge me for the repair.Very very honest service. Very satisfied. Thank you !!!

ALERT!! ALERT!!! ALERT !!!These people will scam you! Do not go here. They will half repair your phone so that you are able to go back and pay another fee!!! This is now way to do business . I understand things are roughy but take u. Account for the people in the community!!! This will make me not recommend anyone to go here. It’s not right !! Be humble and run an honest business!!!!

I will never go to another apple/samsung repair store. This is your place to go. These guys know their stuff and they are very efficient and communicative. 10/10This a pic of my iPad that was shattered and brought back to life.

Unreliable! They said they would call my husband when my phone's backside was repaired. They close at 6pm so when it was 5:50 and we still didn't get a call from them (even though they said it would take 45 min) we called them. At 5:55 they said they needed 10 more min to finish the job, which was fine because we live one block away. We told them for the 2nd time we NEED the phone back that day. They said they'll be there. When we got to the store the gate was down and locked up. I would have been ok bringing back my phone the next morning if I knew they were this incompetent and not capable of replacing a phone's back in a timely manner.

Recently upgraded to an iPhone 11 Pro Max, but had a perfectly good iPhone X. The only thing wrong with it was the back of the phone was cracked. Everything was absolutely 100% fully functional though and even the glass on the front screen was perfectly fine. I was shopping around and was getting varying prices. After some recent bad experiences with phone retailers though I decided to look up some local spot's and their reviews. This place seemed to have a stellar reputation! They lived up to every single one! It only cost me about $100 to replace the back of the iPhone X and I dropped it off before work, picked it up after and paid for it then without any issue. The guy, Tom, was very nice and professional. Would happily recommend this place to anyone needing repair on their phone for quick and easy service for a reasonable price. Well done! Thanks!

They sell phone that are in no good use. The phone will glitch in and out and eventually be of no use. Do not trust these people. I had a brand new phone and they fixed the screen, broke the battery (charged me $150) and then charged me to fix the screen. Pleaser do not trust these people. They lie and resell used phone that only work for two months with a warranty of 30 days.

If you ever drop your phone , this is the place for you ! I came in to get my iPhone 7 Plus with a shattered screen & messed up front camera fixed & I left with a bright, perfectly working screen & a brand new front camera . Service was quick & prices are very affordable . I am definitely recommending this place to anyone & everyone I know with a broken phone . Very friendly workers too ! A few years ago my iPhone 6S screen was shattered and my home button was gone (thanks to my baby) and they fixed it in about an hour for 60$. They threw in a case and screen protectors. iPhone 8plus was cracked (thanks to my toddler ) and they still were excellent ! I'd recommend this place. Very affordable and friendly and they give you a 30 Day guarantee !

Walked in, walked out within 30 minutes. Amazing price, solid service and the lady at front is like the mayor- everyone knows her and loves her. This place is like the bar from cheers and she's sam the bartender. She put on some buena vista social club and made small talk while the guy in the back fixed my iphone. Would be five stars anyways, but then she threw in a case and cleaned my phone just to prove that customer service is alive and well worth finding.
