Terrible, unprofessional, and such a disrespectful place. The veterinarians that they bring lack compassion and are insensitive. They almost killed my pet!

DO NOT BUY THE BIRDS THERE,, THEY WILL DIE
I've bought two parakeets from them and they always get an eye infection two weeks after. One died, the other I was able to give her saline eye drops. I couldn't return them because they've only given me refund eligible for one week and I believe they give you a week because they know the birds sickness doesn't show the first week!!
While I was shopping for my second parakeet, I heard another girl with her mother explaining the bird they bought from them died. THE EMPLOYEE MADE NO COMMENT ON IT!! The mother and girl didn't ask for any refund but for a discount on a second bird. They said they don't do those. No apology or sorry for your loss, no advice, she continued on because she only cared about getting their money for another parakeet!! I live in the bronx and never in my years have I seen heartless people. They only care for their money. I hope an inspector will close down their store and I will be the first one to call.
THEY'RE DOING SOMETHING VERY WRONG WITH THESE BIRDS, NEVER SHOP IN THE BRONX!! MANHATTAN IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET BIRDS!!!

I will never buy from them again. Overcrowding in a rat tank. I bought a female hamster that was sharing a tank with another hamster. They were both fighting. If you know hamsters they are solitary animals. When I brought her home she had 2 puncture wounds one in each ear. Now she has pierced ears. They don’t care about those animals. When asking the “staff” questions they have very little to no knowledge.

Teribble store I bought about 3-4 birds from here and each one of the were healthy the night before and the next morning it has something like a seizure and dies. They are doing something to these birds DONT BUY FROM THERE!!!

They take terrible care of the animals. I saw three hamsters in the same cage with no litter shaking out of fear. This is unacceptable!!
