They got pets so 1 *They got plants 1*Not sure who runs this place but it always seems like it's struggling. Today I go there and not only was I standing by the fish for a minute before anyone asked if I needed anything but I finally get to the register only to find out there were no bags (I have 3 bags of fish + a plant & I walked there) then the young lady suggested I buy a bag from next door and she'd watch my stuff as if she were doing me a favor cause I forgot to bring a bag. It's nice to have a neighborhood pet store but its pointless if there not Gonna give me the same courtesy, customer service or care that I would get if I went to a chain store.

Called on a monday to ask if they had a treatment for cat ear mites, Was told they will have it in on Wednesday, Went in on Thursday, Was told they didn't have it in stock. Please don't tell someone you will have an item in stock then when they spend money to get there, they are told not in stock. Seems amature.The people are nice though.

I didn’t have the pleasure of going in this place, but I definitely saw some animals when I walked past. It was pretty cool to see the animals up close in personal.
