He didn't even look like he wanted to leave when I went to go pick him up ?. He loved it there. She showed me around before I left him and he also doesn't like his paws clipped but for her it was no problem. She was extremely kind, very patient yet got him out within under 2 hours, very professional and treated my dog with love and respect! 1021 Bruckner Blvd, BronxThis is the only place I've ever taken my dog to be groomed at since he was little, he's an inside dog with bad anxiety at times so I prefer to take him places he's familiar with. I honestly have little to no complaints. The owner is always friendly and makes you feel welcomed, they ask what kind of style you'd like and to provide inspo pics, they clip nails, brush teeth and deal with expressing the anal glands, etc. I've never had any major issues , one time he was cut on his ear but he can be a bit jittery at times so I'm just grateful it was a minor cut. That incident happened years ago and hasn't happened again since.

3619 Kingsbridge Ave, BronxThis week has truly been a nightmare noticing my beautiful 8 year old tabby was not eating and vomiting for 2 days. I needed to go somewhere nearby for immediate attention. They were able to take her in the same day I called and Dr.Cedeno advised me that she would need to be admitted because she was clearly sick. His attention and warm dedication to my Xena was tremendous. He even kept me updated the same night and these past days which was greatly appreciated. I was so worried and devastated but his staff and himself made me feel at ease. As soon as test results came in (which revealed her urine protein was high) he advised what to do and what to feed her along with future measures I need to take to prevent her from getting sick. I am forever grateful. If you want to take your pet to someone who truly cares this is the place to come. Thank you Dr.Cedeno and your lovely staff for being so attentive and helpful!!!?
