A big thank you to John of Pelham Bay Home Center! During this massive heat wave, my 87 year old mother's ac went out, we called him at 8am and within 45 mins he had a new unit sent over and installed it too!! Not sure what she would have done without Him!! Truly a blessing and very rare you can get customer service like this anymore. I highly reccommend this store and staff. In the past also he has come thru for us many times, Thank you so very much from us and my mom!

I called 8am this morning. Our 22 year old air conditioner I bought here died and it is hot! They were here in a few hours, new one installed friendly professional service. This is the 4th ac I have purchased here and each one lasted over 20 years!

Could not say better things about John and his team. Two of my mom's acs blew out and he came and personally measured, ordered, and his excellent team installed, cleaned up the mess, and took everything away. Could not be happier with the quality of service.

Met John. Friendly neighborhood plumbing supply. Don't let the outside fool you. Looks like a hardware store. Has everything any large plumbing supply has. Family own. Made in USA parts. Has various replacement parts for faucet and shower bodies. Very impressive. First time . Love these guy. My go to store.

The staff have been more than considerate getting a new microwave oven to me in a hurry. Mine was threatening to fail and I needed a replacement prior to surgery. To make cooking quick and easy. They went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Even remembered me as a previous customer for kitchen remodeling.

First time going there and it was my last stop, I started in Home Depot and about 4 other small shops. This was my last stop, everyone at this location took the time out to help me and each other because no one had the shower body cartridge I was looking for, they made a few phone calls and two days later I had my cartridge and my shower was working again. I recommend this shop to everyone !!! And FYI , they will find the plumbing part you need!! Great work guys & young lady at the shopAAA++++

Went to purchase a cartridge to fix a leaking faucet. These guys were able to identify the cartridge and provide the proper replacement. Very helpful and nice to deal with. Word of advice: if you're looking for a replacement cartridge remember to bring the faucet handle. It'll help them find you the proper replacement.
