You must always tell them to do a good job on the vacuuming The car wash is okay it's long and has plenty of soapy water on a busy day it will take you at least 20 minutes to get out of the place because all the Mexican men are too busy chatting and trying to get in with the Mexican women that have now been working now.. they didn't do a very good job wiping the car down most of them are very slow in the process I always take my car across the street into the gas station and redo The wipe down myself it is also a very costly car wash compared to others better off going at night to a place that has night wash for 7 to $10 you could take the money you save at Pelham and have some White castles......i do ?

I've been washing my car since they opened at this location. So I have been a customer for over 10 years. The last year and half to two years they've slipped. Although my last wash was bad this morning I decided to give it another chance. Instead of getting the interior was I got the complete armorall $45. What a waste! Can I tell how flithy my front window looks! I don't what kind of rags they use. I guess I should of known. And the inside lacking....It was too quick. All together from paying and getting car 15 minutes if. There are new workers and I don't blame the workers . But something I noticed lately is that there is no one supervising. Definately will not be returning!

Been coming here for almost 17 years but after the response I got today, it was enough for me to come on here for 10 min and vent!! Went for an oil change as I have been doing for YEARS!!! Noticed a little saturation and puddle in MY DRIVEWAY (Pic shown). So I say, ok a few drops is normal I understand, but this was more than a few, so let me swing by and just have them check it. The Response: 1.Checks the dip stick - "oh it's fine" *A little puddle is not gonna affect the dipstick genius* 2.Eye assessment - "no, no leak" *All he looked at was the drain plug* 3.Finally after I got down there too, he checks the filter etc and says it's ok. *I'm ok with that* The icing that get me going "It was probably another car that was parked there" ***MF this is my driveway! Now you calling me stupid?*** Proper way to handle it is, Sir, sometimes excess oil does get on the frame, you may have gotten more than normal, but we'll check it all out so you can have a piece of mind!!!!!! That's all!! Don't tell the customer "it was probably another car" then I tell you it's my Driveway ***hole, now you look real stupid. 17 years!! And this is something that can turn someone away!

Paid for nothing! As a hospital employee they gave a $1 discount! The passenger seat had crumbs all over it, the backseat same. The rugs in the back weren't touched, the cup holders either. The floors were still full of dried salt/snow. We had to pull over and wipe the car down ourselves. I am so mad we had to waste money! I will not be returning and will tell my fellow hospital employees to go elsewhere!

Worst service ever, Complete armerall is a wast of money here. 50 dollar service that took less than 5 min, els where would’ve at least took 30-40 min but that’s not the point the car is still dirty. Dirt all over the carpet n seats, and exterior smh

This place has always been clean and quick for the car wash. They have a public restroom, plenty of seats as well as massage chairs. There's also a lot of car accessories for sale. They also have auto repair, however I've never use that area.

Absolute garbage. They advertise every 7th oil change is free. I have receipts that show 7-8 previous oil changes and they still say I haven't earned my free one yet. They try to say it's a new promotion and some of my oil changes happened before the promotion began, meanwhile this place has been here for years and the promotion always existed. Nasty people and they all suck. Avoid these scammers.

Yesterday I was at the car wash. I just paid for my service and a worker came up to me and ask me if I paid for my service and he wanted to see my receip. i told him I just throw it in the garage and and not putting my hand in the garage then he ask the cashier if I paid and she said yes. The small papythey give me to give the guys outside to say I pay and the service I'm getting they still didn't clean my car properly. They need to take there time and clean people car cause they spend there money. I spoke to the manager he is very rude and disrespectful.

Omg what a great first experience! Javier did my oil change and he was quick and efficient everyone there is so polite even the lady at the cashier was friendly and informative. The inside is super fancy which is my vibe lol the car wash was also a great experience I notice something on my car and right away one of the guys out spot cleaner and took his time to get it off definitely got the loyalty card for $1 this will be my go to place.

Fast service. Nice employees. Good prices. Free carwash with oil change. Even when its crowded line moves fast
