Used the kiosk for sadly selling my phone and it was a very easy touch and go instrument for cash or digital currency to accept for your phone. Locked , cracked , smashed , just bring I’d and smile for the camera.

I don't understand why my balance is fine, I try to withdraw and it won't let me do it, when I call it says that I have to wait 24 hours if from the first time it told me error, and now I can't withdraw money for 24 hours that really wasn't my fault

Amanda who I believe is the manager there refused a valid check. Went to another location and I was given my cash in 8 minute. I went this location twice with my check, passport and business number. She went back and forth with my manager which turned into no resolution.Avoid coming here filled with unprofessional rude workers.

It is always a hassle to cash commercial checks at this location. There is probably one person at this location that knows how to deal with commercial accounts. I referred several clients to open commercial accounts and it takes about two weeks of running around, and still no account is opened. Poor customer service.

So I walk in about 848am
I’m still standing on the line being patient and waiting for someone to say next please. Instead the black lady sits on her behind blows her nose and doesn’t even acknowledge the fact that I’m the only one here standing. 8:53 am and I’m still waiting. I’m a very patient person so I’m going to see how long she’s willing to wait with me. FYI TAKING THIS A LITTLE FURTHER CORPORATE WISE. This is straight stupidity!!! I had to walk out

This Puerto Rican lady was very mad with me and also she didn't help me and she give me my paper back saying I don't know very mad when I was trying to ask something
My sister needs money for school and she didn't help me to send the money

Horrible went in and the lady spelled the whole last name on the western union wrong when I call they tell me I have to come back in so she can correct the mistake I already went all the way home now I go there and everyone has a attitude how do you have a attitude when you messed up my paper then she had the audacity to ask me why I'm upset when all I did was hand off my paper to her will never use them again if that's how they treat there customers
