I first use Jennifer's Service when I have a family emergency and with the short notice she came and save the day. I have use the service for a little over two years now, she pet sits my dog and cat while I go on vacation or take one of those three day weekends. Jennifer bonded with my pets so easily I was kind of jealous at first. my pets love her and so do we. She text me every day with what they were doing,cat litter box was clean, and all the meds were taken her services are very affordable.

My dog is a love of my life and I trust very few people to take care of her. Jen is the only one in NYC. Seriously, I trust no one else. 1) I like that Jen handles pets big and small for all of life's situations. 2) Due to her medical training she can take care of sick pets with ease. 3) She's great at care giving as well as protecting. There are a few dogs in the hood that would love my dog's head on a plate. Not only can Jen handle stupid dogs with really stupid owners, but if shit ever hit the fan - I know she'd protect my dog and that there's nothing she can't handle. 4) Due to her vet experience, if there is a medical emergency she knows what to do in an accident. 5) She's really good at teaching my dog tricks and manners, though 15 minutes after she leaves my dog starts punking me again. 6) My cat thinks she's cool, my dog thinks she's boss. But a cool boss. 7) She's business but she's not all business. She's got a great approachable attitude but also takes her job seriously.

Jennifer has sat for me on a few occasions I have had to be out of town. I have 4 cats and cannot leave them unattended for periods of more than 24 hours. She doesn't just come in to feed your pets, clean their litter box/walk the dog and leave, she connects with them and spends time. This is a valuable aspect of the service from anyone who has pets as they are members of your family. Jennifer is personable, punctual and very timely in her responsiveness and her rates are very reasonable for what she provides. I recommend her without hesitation! I heard about her from a friend of mine who has been using her for years in the Philadelphia area. At first I didn't give it much thought due to the location, but my friend told me that she lives both here and in Philly and keeps a practice in both areas as well as the surrounding tri-state area. I called Jennifer for an initial meeting to see if she would be a good fit and my feral cat, who usually hides and hisses at new people, went directly toward her, jumped onto her lap, curled into a ball and proceeded to purr. You could have knocked me over with a feather! That has never happened (except with me), never. As I showed her the apartment and where medicines, litter and food were kept, all 4 of my cats trailed her around the house. I needed no further reference. I came home to happy, well fed cats and a pristine litter box.
