Graduated 2.5 years now- still didn’t get my refer coat. They can’t even give a set time for the coat or offer a refund. Garbage place.

Visited this location 4/13/23 and as soon as we walked in store is immaculate everything nice and neat and orderly. We were greeted by Rose who was busy but took the time out to assist us she is very customer friendly professional and an asset to Paul's Equipment store. She made us feel right at home. The store didn't have what we were looking for but it was nice we will return just to get paraphernalia and maybe something need????

I’ve been to this store 2 times in the past . They advertised alterations on the premises but both times I went was told no one was there to do it which was a lie because the male individual who does it was staring at me as if looks could kill. No one can tell me that I wasn’t being treated differently based on the color of my skin.. I would never ever go here again because of the treatment I received

Do not buy from this place. You call to see if they have the equipment you need, they say yes over the phone. When you get there, they don’t have it and try to sell you what ever they have. OVER PRICED!!!!
