Before purchasing any jewelry here, make sure it's not a "surprise gift." My son attempted to return a bracelet with the original receipt and packaging.The bracelet was purchased two weeks ago, and Stephanie, the supervisor, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told him to contact customer service and walked off. Gross!

I had an excellent experience with Itzel. I felt so comfortable and felt like she read my mind with all of my needs! She went above and beyond to help my complicated self. I am looking forward to going back and having her help me again!!Someone give that woman a raise!!!

This place used to honor their jewelry but it is changed over the last couple of years I received a bracelet from a secret Santa the clasp broke I took it to Pandora for a repair I would have even paid for the repair but they would not fix it because I couldn't tell them who bought it (hence secret santa) anyway I now have a bracelet that I can't use I recommend not purchasing a bracelet or anything for that matter from Pandora you have to give too much information to purchase something that is not that valuable and I don't think it's any of their business who I am I just want to be a customer buying a piece of stainless steel/ silver jewelry or paying for a repair

There are 2 things. It would be nice if they could have booked it. Especially for like for the holidays and when they having a big sale. And then on online is the same thing. You wanna order something? But it doesn't let you. Pick it up or anything because it's close or certain time of the week.

Bay plaza mall picked up preorder opened it in front of clerk wrong size bracelet she wouldn’t exchange it told me to get back online when I am standing in front of her who gave me package ridiculous explain to me the reason for this when you have me in front of you with my package that she gave me . Never ever again. Customer service is lacking.

Chelsea took care of me and she was exceptional. She went above and beyond to find what I wanted in the back. She was also very patient and lenient. This location gets busy at times but she took her time with me and made me feel comfortable while I was being indecisive finding an ideal gift. Great customer service overall.

All I have to say is OMG!! Kimberly is the best!! She was not reluctant in helping us find the items we had in mind. You can tell she absolutely loves her job and customer service is her super power. She made us laugh and feel comfortable while shopping and I also blame her for the larger than expected shopping spree we ended up purchasing ( in a good way ). I am so happy with my new items. Thank you Kimberly, you are the bombs ; )

What’s going on with the lead sales manager? Because she thinks she owns the store and that anybody that walks in to pandora store can’t afford to buy stuff from there.Nasty attitude I walk in and while I was walking for about 3 minutes the lead sales manager approached to me and said to me with an ugly attitude did you find what you going to get? And I really wanted a pair of earrings for my niece so I said to her I’d like to get these earring and then she looked at me and said what else? That’s all? Follow me to checkout Looking me down like woman who do you think you are to be looking down on people you don’t own the store you just work there and this company just gave you a “promote name” as a lead sales that doesn’t mean you are the rich person there cause let’s be honest if you are rich you wouldn’t be working there to be treating people like if they are poor. Fix your attitude cause you have no ethics at all and as a lead sales manager you are making the company to lose money instead of adding more value remember to the company YOU WORK FOR. Not the one that you own.
