I'd give this a zero if I could. I've been going to this shop for decades. Since it's had new owners it's a total rip off. No prices on anything. I bought a pound of parmigiano, a pound of provolone & a half pound of blue cheese olives and it was $65!! Granted I didn't ask the price but I never did because the prices were always so reasonable. Nor did they tell me the price of anything. $20 per pound for olives???? DO NOT GO HERE. You can get all these things of better quality elsewhere on Arthur Avenue. The olives were mushy & the parmigiano isn't great. Never ever again.

I bought ricotta there last Thursday and when I opened it Saturday morning it smelled so bad. I’ve tried calling the store all day Saturday and today and no one is picking up. Very disappointed as it was quite a few $$!

Wow wow wow!! Wonderful family-owned Italian specialty market. They let you sample cheeses before buying. So many of the products make me feel like I'm back in Italy.

There is cheese you can buy from the supermarket and then there is cheese from here. The best alfredo sauce I've ever made was with there aged gouda parmasean. Shop keeps are friendly and knowledgeable and give out samples to reel you into sealing the deal on something you didn't know you wanted to buy yet. Not looking for cheese? Maybe a fruit marmalade or fresh pasta? They've got you covered.

My favorite store in the neighborhood. The quality of the products is outstanding and the prices remain surprisingly honest. This is topped by the kindness and courtesy offered by the owners who treat every customer like a family member. Recommended to everyone
