Oscar Stone definitely knows the importance of quality.My daughter bought me a ring from their Dyckman store and she just kept telling me how much she enjoyed going to their store because the workers were so patient and kind when she was picking out my Mother's Day gift.He definitely knows how to pick his staff.They're so knowledgeable and helpful.The best customer service by far.She said they made her feel so comfortable and welcomed. She said they helped her stay on her budget and she didn't feel pressured like other stores where they try to get you to spend more. I went to the main flagship store on the Grand Concourse to order a custom ring for her upcoming 18th b-day. Gregory was beyond helpful with listening to what I wanted and coming up with a design for it. He was very patient and helpful in answering all my questions when it came to making some changes to the design. Safe to say, Oscar Stone definitely knows people & quality.After all 3 purchases and interactions with the staff, I don't see myself going to any other jeweler. Now I can't wait to give her her birthday ring.If you want the best quality and service, definitely go to Oscar Stone?

I had the best experience today at Oscar Stone. I can't say enough about the wonderful service provided by MK, Oscar and all his staff. Customer Service was exceptional, their jewelry, the quality and their prices are unbeatable. I would definitely recommend to everyone looking for beautiful and high quality jewelry. Make sure you get what you pay for… I payed for a Cuban ring 8gm and they gave me 6.8gm ring and I asked the worker if it was a 8gm and he said yes smh doesn’t look good on your business!

Without a doubt, the best jeweler in NYC! Even though I live in Westchester I still make the trip down to visit one of Oscar’s three stores, they have the best selections at the best rates. Thank you for being a pillar in the jewelry community, I’m always back for more! Superb customer service from everyone at the shop, from Patrick to Anthony, to everyone else.

I had the best experience working with Nicholas. I ordered a Rolex date just 3 months ago and it was flawless and a super deal. I had the watch shipped to me as I am in Texas and had the watch thoroughly checked by a local dealer and was told this thing was a superb piece that was worth more than I originally paid Oscar stone for the watch. So I decided to order another last week! Definitely recommend calling and talking with Nicholas!!!

Disgusted , they completely scammed me , sold me jewelry saying it was 14kt solid gold and it was fake they just dipped it in yellow gold ad price gouged it on top of that WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN THEY ARE THIEFS

HIGHLY UPSET THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR THE PRICE AND COME TO FIND OUT THE JEWELRY WAS ALSO FAKE , IT WASNT 14k SOLID GOLD LIKE THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DIPPED IN YELLOW GOLD WITCH WAS ACTUALLY FADING AWAY AND I HAVENT EVEN WORN THEM YET AND THE PURCHASE WAS ONLY 2 WEEKS AGO ! WHEN I WENT BACK TO FIX THIS PROBLEM THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND TRIED TO FLIP THE SCRIPT MR.OSCAR HIMSELF!…. DEFINITELY FRAUDULENT PEOPLE-SCAMMERS , THE CRAZY PART IS THAT OTHER PEOPLE WAS THERE ARGUING ABOUT THE SAME REASON I WAS THERE FOR SMFH NEVER AGAIN……..SEE YOU IN COURT BUDDY …..ANYBODY WHOEVER BOUGHT FROM THEM I ADVISE YA TO GET YOUR JEWELRY CHECKED OUT !!!!!!!!! Horrible service. Ordered custom earrings totally different than what I asked for. Ordered a custom ring I was told to pick up on Friday. I get there and the diamonds weren’t even on the ring yet. Had to wait for the diamonds to be placed on we winded up missing our flight for our vacation in the process. This was an all around horrible experience. I will never do business here again
