I went into the Co-Op City location. The young man was so helpful. I had to exchange old equipment. I was literally in and out in under 10 minutes. They took my old equipment, explained how to set up my new router. I got home and set everything up quickly. I received such great service after struggling all day at home with my internet. I would highly recommend this location.

i live in co-op city and this is near by but this is truly a terrible store, reps were playing around with each other without acknowledging me while i was there, don't know what they are doing, cant ask them any questions without the reps looking at you like your stupid, truly don't know what they are doing. its sad we have these types of unknowledgeable people working in locations like these. I had to go to another location near by (Pelham Manor) to finish my purchase

It is very convenient to E. Bronx residents, specifically those in the co-op city community that surround Bay Plaza shopping center where this Optimum service center is located. You can exchange or return Optimum TV devices, purchase Optimum telephone service and more.The customer service representatives are fast, efficient, and polite.

Absolutely the most horrendous service I've ever received anywhere. Incompetent staff and basically robbed me blind. Was sold a defective phone which i was charged a restocking fee when returned.. And have been fighting ever since in addition to being charged for another time by billing. The staff it are morons. No nothing about any products other than how to charge you and leave.. Do not go here!!!

Horrible customer service horrible company I didn't even get to hook up the modem and I'm being charged the bill and I don't even have their service didn't even complete the wiring from outside. I'm still being charged and told my service is going to be interrupted what service I even gave back the equipment so know that I don't even have the wiring from outside inside I don't even have the actual equipment she even have service beyond unprofessional at this.

I went to the optimum store at Bartow Avenue and was attended to by Lance Francis.This young man is a great asset to this establishment. He has a great personality and he is an amazing addition to the team.Thanks lance we need more like you here

Negative a million stars. Optimum has a monopoly in the area and they take advantage of this to force people to sing onto exploitative policies. If you cancel at the beginning of the month you get charged for the whole month. They steal your money without providing services. It does not matter what is going on in your life, you better prioritize timing for cancelling services from Optimum, otherwise they can "legally" steal your hard earned money, hiding behind tiny print they know nobody reads because they don't have an alternative if they want to be able to be active members of a society that relies completely on access to internet.

Lance Francis is by far the BEST Optimum Customer Service Rep there is on the planet. My sister and I had the pleasure of his expertise in helping us select new phones. His positive discussion and knowledge about the product was AMAZING. One notable moment was as we were waiting to be seen he greeted us and discussed the new promotions and said he will take care of us shortly. We also watched him greet other customers and visitors as they came into the store. We were impressed with his diligence, efficiency and ability to get things done. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, effective and commited to making optimum customers happy. Lance is the MAN. What a great asset to the Optimum Company.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Came in for a phone and line got that and amazing service from Kemely. Definitely will consider opening that second line! Overall great vibe at the store!
