The reason tor one star. One of your stylists must have had a bad day. How does a 2 PM appointment get seated under a dryer for 30 mins. A short while later the customer gets washed out. But wait there is more. The stylist is pulling and tugging the customers hair. Whom, by the way has cancer in face and neck. So this means the customers nerves are bad and can not hold her head where the stylist needs it. Instead of the stylist talking to let the customer know where she needed her head to go. The stylist pushed the customers head down. The customer is trying to raise the sink up, while the stylist is trying to hold it down. Are we still not communicating?
At this point the customer wants the conditioner out the customer cannot take it anymore. The stylist got an attitude, and washed it out with cold water. At this point thecustomer isn't feeling well.
Next faze roller and dryer customer is left in the hair dryer nearly at hour. The stylist advised a coworker to keep the customer under the dryer 10 more minutes. The customer refuses because it's hot under the dryer and hair is completely dry.
So you know ADA may what to look into this. The customer can not drive nor use public transportation. Due to their condition. Customer arrived at 1:30 for a 2pm appointment. The customer had a 4:15 pick up to go home. The customer stated it is near 4:30 pm and is nowhere near done. This now cost the customer an expensive uber ride, pain and unnecessary stress. The customer is already battling for their life and you think it's ok to waste their time and money. Poor service failure.
The customer " I do not recommend".

I went to this place for the first time and the
Owner with attitude and because of a comment with a friend, she told her not to dress me up. Little sense of humor, no customer service ethic, without knowing how to handle issues in a joking way. I hope you improve your bad attitudes so you don't lose more customers. Not professional
