I’m disabled and tow truck dude was impatient and left me at a site. he also asked me to push my vehicle out of the parking lot. I couldn’t. Refused to pick up phone when I was calling and kept sending me to voice mail. When I called dispatch they said he had other things to do.I chucked it up and call my insurance company and had them send me another tow truck. Same dude. Still rude, told me I couldn’t get in the car because of covid and had to walk or take a cab or whatever. I am vaccinated and wear a mask. Needless to say, I didn’t feel safe and requested another company.I would never use this business.

One of the tow drivers threw a can of soda at my vehicle after having a whole road rage incident. Then decided to drive off and turn into a block as if I wouldn’t catch up. I took a picture of the license plate and I’m definitely reporting it. And if there’s any dents or damage done to my vehicle you will be hearing from my insurance.

Thank you north Bronx. I was driving home from a funeral with the family when I blew a tire. My insurance company contacted north Bronx and they came right away. The driver jimmy was very nice and very accommodating. Thank you jimmy

My car was suppose to be drop off at my mechanic,because the drive felt that the error was to tighten he decided to leave my car in the middle of the street. I asked him many times to please try another route he then stated he will not deal with this hung up the phone and left my car in the middle of the street.. service is a 0

Ran out of fuel at this morning on my way to work, I called several companies and none wanted to bring me fuel. After giving north Bronx a call, there driver showed with in 20 minutes. He helped me get my car started and back on the road I went . Thank you north bronxService: Fuel delivery

Had a breakdown in a rental and Budget roadside assistance sent these guys. Glad they did. Took a while for them to arrive because of traffic but kept me notified and got the job done quick and courteously.

HORRIBLE COMPANY, DON'T USE THEM!!!! WAITED THREE HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO COME. Company or driver lied about arriving to the location. When we called him back he said he was at a funeral. This company sucks, I have advised State Farm never to use them again, cancel their contract.
