Don’t come here if you have workers compensation you won’t get anywhere I came here because I got injured in my shoulder at work but the pain is supposedly coming from my neck I have been to many doctors regarding this situation and everyone says I’m fine I came here about 2 years ago at first they treated me well gave me some sort of treatment so I can get back to work and it worked for a while the second time around that I came back because my pain returned I have been getting horrible treatment since then they have no idea weather to take my regular insurance or my compensation I have to call this office everyday to see what is going on with my case and so far nothing has happened I’m still with the same issues two years later I ended up getting a shot in my arm around my elbow because he said it was a muscular issue meanwhile it is tenis elbow and I had to find that out for myself using YouTube he proceeded to give me the shot the next day my arm swelled up with a ball and i called the office the receptionist played dumb like they had no idea why that happened to me and now I’m not able to lift anything and now the pain has gotten worst I had to wait a week just to get a call from the doctor saying I just had to put something warm on it fast forward a month later I still haven’t gotten treatment for my elbow and I still haven’t found out exactly what’s wrong with it to have a real diagnosis honestly it’s a lost cause coming to this place you call and some of the receptionists come out rude on the phone they forgot to send my medicine I called for a week straight because I have been in agony they then lied to me on the phone saying the doctor wasn’t in the same location as them then the doctor cuts into the conversation one minute later and says he would send the medication 15 minutes later there is something fishy going on here if your lying on the phone to your patients about the status of there care I honestly will not be returning here because it’s just ridiculous they don’t even send you for MRI if you need X-rays if anything you have to call to get all of that done yourself what is the whole point of going to a doctors office regarding pain if you have to do all of the work for them that’s what they get paid for and honestly the doctor doesn’t even really hear me out now he just stood on his computer barely listening to me the whole time and doesn’t care about any of my frustrations that I have been waiting almost 2 years with the same issues and I haven’t seen ANY progress whatsoever coming here I have gotten SO MUCH WORST if you love your body and your health DONT COME HERE it’s a joke of an establishment and I think they are seriously scamming people there not even trying to help patients that are really in chronic pain I hope someone sees this and takes my advice and head somewhere else and by the way if your case isn’t active or if your insurance isn’t active and if you don’t have a lawyer you will NEVER get an appointment our health is literally a joke to them if I could give NO STARS I would
