Very good movers. Professional in every sense of the word. I called them up as a last minute because I was donating my furniture from my basement and attic to a friend who was in need. They came in the same day and took care of me. I told them I would be giving them a 5 star review because they truly deserved it. Thanks once again.

Recently hired the crew to move me to Augusta, GA for my job. Best choice I could’ve made. I received about 4 different moving quotes but I felt most comfortable with NY Best. I have already referred them to a colleague of mines that will be relocating to Ohio. Thanks once again guys.

Bait and switch!!!! They quote one price and slowly but surely it increases. Originally quoted $3100 to move our 1 bedroom apt to Texas. I was okay with the original $200 bump but then 2 days before move they asked if I can fit a full 18 wheeler down my street. Since hardly anyone can have an 18 wheeler down their street I replied “NO” and was told that was an extra $750. I cancelled the move. Since they waited to bring this up 2 days prior to the move they said that my original 33% deposit was only going to be refunded by 50% rather than full price. They also called back and said they would discount the $750 down to $230 but at that point all trust was broken. Don’t waste your time. I got a couple of UHaul boxes and packed them myself and saved myself $1500 if you include all the add ons. I have used UHaul now to move both my kids and have never been disappointed. At least I feel in control of the situation.

Terrible service. I have been waiting over a month for my stuff to arrive from a move from Buffalo to Chicago. Not even a crazy far move. When calling to ask about delivery time I kept getting "we can't get a hold of the delivery driver. Call us back next week. " After 3 weeks of this the delivery driver finally calls to make a delivery. We schedule it and I take off work to meet him only to have him call an hour before he is supposed to arrive to cancel. So I lost out on a day's work and I still have yet to receive my items. 33 days and counting so far. Never again.

They responded quickly, were communicative, professional and offered good value. Even after the job was done and paid for, I needed a piece of furniture to be moved and they offered to return to help out the next day. I’d hire them again.

Great service! Although they had to cancel at first due to an issue outside of their control, they promptly rescheduled! Although slightly late to scheduled move in time, upon arrival quickly and efficiently helped with packing and moving my items. Very professional and seem to know what they are doing. Would recommend if not on a tight schedule!
