Took my daughter there for her nails. No gel. Simple mani. I was going to get a gel pedi.
My daughter and I, plus a gentleman, were the first ones there. She was trying to converse with her nail tech, who was completely ignoring every little thing she said.
My daughter is very young, so I chose to stay by her until her nails were done drying so I could sit with her and do a quick pedi. Another woman walks in, nail tech who did my daughters nails took her when she was supposed to come check if her nails were dry, then do my nails. She claims this lady was here way before me. Which she was not. We waited there for an hour before she took my daughter. There was no one else here. And she allowed someone else to go before me who was never there in the first place. I paid for my daughter's nails and left.
Horrible customer service. The place is filthy and stinks like cigs.
Do yourself a favor. Hang on to your money and go somewhere that they will actually treat you well...

I wasnt happy overall, the lady who did my nails didn't look like she even wanted to be there, my nails were filed crooked, I had to tell her how to file them. I used to love going to this place but I don't know what happened, the prices they charge don't reflect the service you get. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else.

The worse experience I have ever had. They made me bleed, made the nail all with bumps. They did not even clean up my cuticles, I walked out without painting my nails.

Rude! Just moved to neighborhood and was looking for a new nail tech close to me. I walked in a the lady first on the right looked at me while she was her phone and asked what I wanted I said a full set she said no closed. Mind you it was a hour before the time they close. She was rude and needs to get a new job she enjoys.Place looks dirty and outdated. You can find better down the street!

Terrible service I got done a few months ago. The woman who did my nails spilled superglue on my finger, and it burned beyond belief. When I asked her to remove it, she clipped it off with a nail clipper and removed a chunk of my skin where she spilled the glue. I was in pain the entire time she painted my nails, and she did a horrible paint job. Not at all like I asked for. On top of that she charged me $45!
