Cashier was nice however the woman standing at the front was rude. No greetings upon entry, no how can I help you. Just a mean stare and uncomfortable energy. Again the cashier was nice and friendly but the other lady was rude…won’t be back! It would be nice to support business of color but…yeah, this business is a no for me.

I used to love coming here. For the most part they have a variety of hair goods, however. This post is for the nasty girl that is at the register. She does not greet, say thank you, nothing! Customer service is lacking.

They are rude ! Everything you need is there but they are terribly rude ! I’m six months pregnant and I went two weeks ago there was an employee asking me to move over and over as I tried to shop in an aisle. The aisles are very narrow and can’t fit 2 people especially an employee moving boxes. Today I bought 4 items the clerk lady was eating Chinese food at the counter ignoring me when I finally got her attention she disgustingly rang up my items and there was ketchup and grease on my items! When I showed her she sucked her teeth! Never again!
