I ordered a bedroom set on Saturday, the 7th of February 2017. I paid for a off white bed,dresser and chest of drawer. I paid for it in full,on that very day. I was promised my bedroom set in 6 days, which would be the coming friday. I was promised a call on thursday to inform me about when to expect the delivery truck. I did not get a call. I had to call the store to find out what was going on with my order. I was given several excuses as to why I would not be able to receive my bed on the day promised. After pleading with the manager and explaining that I needed my bed because I had just moved into a new apartment 8 days prior to our call and was sleeping on the cold floor until my bed came. He then said that he would figure something out and call me back. When he called back,he said that my bedroom set would be delivered that same afternoon at 6pm. At 8pm, two men arrived with what was supposed to be my bedroom set.They installed the bedroom set,and left all the boxes for me to clean up. I was so happy to get my bedroom set,that I tipped the men $40. After the men left, I realized that their was a problem with my bedroom set.Initially I only noticed that the handles on the dresser were different from the handles on the chest of drawers. I called the store manager on Saturday to inform him of the mistake. He was pleasant and promised to fix the problem,by getting silver handles to replace the odd black ones. The Sunday, I realized that the chest of drawers were not only different because of the handles,but the chest of drawers was not apart of the set I ordered. It was white and not off-white like the rest of furniture, it had a matte finish unlike the set I ordered.The chest also had cracking and peeling at the bottom as if was a floor model(I did not order a floor model,but instead ordered something new) On top of that, the leg of the bed was not properly attached to the headboard. As a result, I went to the store to speak with the store manager about my issues. He was not there. I called again on Monday,and got an attitude from the manager. He promised to sort it out by Saturday, and told me not to worry. A whole week past and I did not hear from the manager. I tried to be patient. On the 24 of January, I called the manger again, asking him why he had not updated me on anything and explained to him that I had not slept on my bed since I got it,because his men did not install it properly. He promised to send his men back to fix my bed within the next two days.He never sent them.I had to call once again,deal with the manager obvious annoyance at my calls for him to finally send the men on the 28th of January(a Saturday). It is now the February 10,2017, and have yet to hear from this company about my chest of drawers. At his point, I feel extremely disrespected,and taken advantage of.I don't even write reviews,but my heart is so broken,and I am so upset that I am unable to feel comfortable in my own home, finish unpacking and moving into my new apartment. It is ridiculous at this point.
