An older gentleman and myself arrived at 8:20am and the security guard made us wait outside in 20 degrees weather until 8:30am. I kindly asked if we could wait inside since it was cold, which he nodded no. This was near a code blue. In my opinion that is ridiculous

FYI if you’re going as an emergency and you have a serious pain, you’re just going to wait 1-2 hours for just X-ray & consultation. Don’t expect much from just that service.

Worst office ever!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Since I’ve moved here it’s just been horrible! I rather drive 2 1/2 hours to Delaware for my kid to be seen by his original doctor if I could give it no stars I would
