I’ve been coming here for 7 years and never had an issue with the product. Bought a red blend and opened it at home. It went bad and it was a bad bottle. Went back to exchange it and the kid behind the counter puts his hands up and says sorry I can’t do anything. No sorry it’s bad exchange for another bottle. I said I’ve been giving you business for 7 years and you’re gonna tell me sorry can’t help?!! After back and forth the terrible cashier said: Take a different bottle and don’t buy here again. I was completely shocked and vented on this very unprofessional young guy. This guy is a terrible businessman and I will be taking it up with the owner tomorrow. Beware of their policies with treating the customer right.

Second time purchasing. First time in person,. Second time had a delivery tje sales lady was fantastic. Very professional and friendly. I tried to call her back to thank her and she was busy so unfortunately I didn't get her name but I will make sure I post her name on my next delivery.

The only good thing about this place is there's no local competition. But literally everything is $10 more expensive. Last time I went in I pulled up the ap Drizly and walked around shaking my head at how expensive everything was compared to other local stores. In a pinch, this place is fine. But expect to pay a pretty penny.
