Best Metro store in the BX and I've been to a few. These guys go beyond to help. I actually came over to Metro because of them. I was with boost and they couldn't help me with a issue with my phone. Went to Metro and a guy named John helped me and next day I came back to transfer my number to Metro. Haven't had a problem every since.

To be honest I've been to a few metro by T-Mobile in the Bronx and most have horrible customer service. I recently went to metro by T-Mobile on 1190 prospect and man, an entire new ball game. These guys are very very helpful and make sure they go all out for there customers. Guy with the glasses is so funny. Best metro out here. I recommend anyone to come here.

Workers in there are so helpful. Here John is very funny and knows his stuff with phone specs. He broke down every detail of the phone. Other metro stores just care about selling. Highly recommend

Metro by t-mobile is stealing customers money and their phone are so expensive they don't offer a good promotion to those people that's been with metro by t-mobile for a period of time this is totally absurd

I can truly say I had an amazing experience at T-Mobile today. It was a worker named Brianna and she helped me tremendously the customer service from her was incredible. I needed to pay a phone bill but the account was canceled she took the time to call customer service help me with giving them numbers information that they needed to reactivate my account so instead of spending over $100 I was able to spend just 30 dollars. If you're reading this Brianna thank you so much! ️ ❤️

The girls who work at this are horrible at customer service they were (Ratchet ) it's sad it was such a good location to buy from before been going to this location for years. The previous sales people were so nice and respectful I give this place a few months before it closes down . I will no longer be returning to this location .. If you are looking for good customer service this isn't the place to go .. Please take your service else were ...
