I went in today and I have to say Nate and Fanny made my metro trip worth it today. I been to plenty others but here is/was the best. I actually been coming here for years so I recognize a few but these really made everything easy for me. Guided me with no questions asked; gave suggestions and answered all my questions. Thank you both for earlier w/ my wifi set up (KingBeloved) . I appreciate you guys. And while helping me out another person came in and said she was referred here and now I see why! Great hires!!! We need you guys training all the city Metro Pcs/T mobile stores.

The staff are friendly and helpful but Nathan is a Rock Star! My only complaint is they need more chairs for customers?

This is the best metro store I’ve been to. The two girls Kriss and.. (forgetting the other girls name) were super nice and helpful, I had an issue with my account that took forever to solve, and they were patient and nice the whole time, and worked with me to make sure I walked out with a phone that day. Plus they called the store’s owner to help ON HIS DAY OFF and he took like an hour out of his day off to help. Even though it’s like the 5th closest metro pcs store to me, I’m going here every time I need a phone in the future. A+++

Wassup Google family. Be on the look out for this metro pc store.tbey robbed me and my wife.did some fraud Stuff.i reported them to NYPD, and they are going to be under investigation for fraudulent transactions. We went to pay her bill and they messed her phone up to the point where she not even in they system as a metro pcs customer.thats impossible she been a metro pcs customer for 3-4 years,so what in the world are they lying for???please...please people trust me these people that work for metro pcs are all scammers and thieves stealing our private information

Went to pay my bill and get help with my phone cause it's having issues after getting help with my phone phone issues I preceded to pay my bill but when I went to make a call it said my account was suspended so I had to call metro only to find out my money was out on the wrong account number who's phone number isn't even mine. Now I gotta wait for them to investigate this matter
