Wanted to switch because they have an offer of a new 5G phone for $50 when you switch, but they wanted to charge $300+ even when I pointed out the offer on their display. At least here they did say we could keep our phone number...

This place is horrible. After being sold a phone for $700 ,and having issues with it in time I was told that the phone was refurbished when it was sold to me and it had a third party screen. How i asked ? And nobody can give answers . So I went and bought a new phone the galaxy J3 and after 3 months it stopped working on me . I Was told that the warranty on the NEW PHONE I had just purchased was only good for 30 days . Thankfully I fell into that Grace period ( though a phone shouldn't stop working in a month !!!). So I then received a new phone(same one) a couple days later in which I had to pick it up and give in the old one and after 9 months of using that phone my screen showed signs of problems internally and after receiving this phone back in March I was convinced to buy an insurance plan for $4 a month in which I thought to be a great deal. When I recently tried to get a replacement phone (mine has no cracked screen or water damage at all) I was told insurance won't help because of little minor work marks on the edges of the phone . What blows my mind most is do they expect everyone's phone to remain immaculate ? This is ridiculous and the day they tried to sell me the insurance ,none of this was specified and when I asked to speak with a manager she told the gentleman I asked to go grab her that she's gonna tell me the same thing she told him and that she's busy . This is supposed to be a corporate store and to treat your customers like that should be unacceptable. I dropped my insurance on the phone (since it's pointless) and am in the process of leaving this company and I will NEVER recommend anyone to do business with metro pcs . Maybe possibly consider re training your managers on how to deal with customers and how to not make them feel like they have been robbed and neglected . This store is a joke and so is this WHOLE COMPANY !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH METRO PCS .I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH METRO PCS !!!!! You guys deserve 0 stars
