The store is lucky I put one star. I went there last week to ask about a iPhone for my son. As soon as I walk in 2 girls were working but one was sitting down while the other one was plucking the girl sitting down eyebrows. I ask about a deal I heard about the phone iPhone 11 and she said they don't have anymore and no deals. First of all if you don't have what the customer wants you suppose to try to get me interested in another phone or deal. They just kept on doing what their were doing and waving her hand like to get out. Bad business. Bad attitude. Bad relationship with a long time customer. Very unfriendly. That is how business close down because employees bring it down. You need to get more friendly people. I went to the 1032 Westchester Ave store and what a pleasure it was. So friendly and humble. And they made sure I got a great deal. I walk out with an Iphone for my son. Just had to let the boss know that store is so unprofessional. Hope he sees this. You can contact me anytime.

I had the worse experience from any employee name Hernando. He was very unconciderent and had an attitude about helping me. I had a broken phone and he made a bad situation even worse. I ended up leaving the store and going to another one. You shouldn't have employee's like that. Unacceptable!
