I’m glad I came to this store instead of going back to the one which is at Pelham Parkway. They are really rude and don’t want to help. But the girl Zee who works here I told her my problem and she was so sweet, she understood my situation and tried to help me out in the best way possible and made sure that I’m satisfied with everything.If you pass by this store show her some love ❤️

I Was at MetroPCS today like around 4 PM I had a bad experience with this management Zee. She is very rude and don’t know how to talk to customers Zeke is very disrespectful towards customers do not waste your time going to the metro PCS.

My experience with this shop and specifically with my superstar rep, Zee, was terrific. She addressed my concerns and had me walking out of the store with a superior phone, a cheaper plan, and even added a nice add-on feature purely gratis. Would give this experience the highest customer rating available.

Discrimination and Elder abuse on my 85yr old great grandfather. He went into this location because he lost his phone and needed just a New Phone. Associate by the name of Z con him into getting a new line and two additional phones that he did not need. When I went to take the phone back and cancel the line the staff was very rude and proceed to argue with about returning the phone. Disgusting how they take advantage of old people
