If you are visiting the Bronx and looking for a Metropcs, then I donot recommend this one. Today, I walked in and noticed how the employee who works at this Metropcs store was unprofessional, was turning customers away, did not serve customers in the order of arrival, and was disorganized. I have visited other Metropcs stores and never witnessed the disorganization that I noticed in this store today. I have no future plans of returning to this facility again.

The service is horrible if you try to pay the bill a few days before due date they say that the system won't allow to do it until the due date which is a lie cause I have gone to other Metro and the do it with no problem and when you go on the due date they say system down no cash only credit card worst Metro store recommend not to shop here

They don't answer their phones , all the people who work are are Spanish and very racist . They either are playing dumb like they don't want to help you or they just genuinely don't give a fuck. It's sad that this is the only service you can now get in the Bronx .

amazing service, went in there to pay a bill and got offered an amazing deal for a tablet i had no idea about and gave me great deals on cases and headphones, very friendly!

I had a Great Experience at this location. The Sales reps are so helpful and knowledgeable. The reps went out of the way to help my mom set up her phone and make sure I understand my bill. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

This is the worst place the phones are garage they won'tt even return the phone i bought 2 days ago with the receipt and box etc. They were not helpful at all they only were trying to get as much money out of you as possible with buy a glass protector buy a phone case for $5 more dollars we'll throw In this or that?etc.. STRAIGHT GARBAGE!! TRUST ME SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY PHONES THERE! They NEVER WANT TO RETURN Your MONEY but they are QUICK TO TAKE IT FROM YOU! METRO IS A RIP OFF AN THE CASHIERS ACT LIKE THE MONEY IS GOING IN THEIR POCKETS, I TRIED TO RETURN A PHONE I HAD BOUGHT 2 DAYS EARLIER AN HE TOLD ME I COULDN'T BECAUSE IT WAS A UPGRADE PHONE BUT IN REALITY IT WAS A DOWN GRADE THE OTHER PHONE I HAD WAS BETTER THEN THE NEW ONE WITH THE 4 VIRUS ON IT!! The sales people are bored, disassociated and unhelpful. The are also crafty and deceptive when they deal with unsuspecting customers.
