They don't answer their phones , all the people who work are are Spanish and very racist . They either are playing dumb like they don't want to help you or they just genuinely don't give a fuck. It's sad that this is the only service you can now get in the Bronx .

amazing service, went in there to pay a bill and got offered an amazing deal for a tablet i had no idea about and gave me great deals on cases and headphones, very friendly!
