I'm not sure why I'll have to pay the full amount for a replacement phone when me and fam been using metro by t-mobile for almost 5 years now. Personally feel like we should be able to get a discount or something...

Facility was clean and I didn't have a long wait to be seen. I was helped be Heuri and he was amazing! He was friendly, professional, honest and EFFICIENT. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He helped other clients as well, seamlessly while getting me set up. Everybody got what they needed without feeling rushed or hurried. He was so kind and patient with some elderly clients that came in. He made sure they felt heard and got the assistance they needed. He made sure my phones were setup, he put my screen protectors on and went out his was to find me a great case for my phone.I appreciated his helpfulness so much. I would definitely recommend coming to this location for your needs.

Heuri is the bomb. He has great customer service skills, he is knowledgeable in all aspects of phone help/service. I highly recommend him , check him out on 1937 Westchester Ave(Park Chester).

I already had 4 lines with metro, and decided to switch my boost mobile line , and add it to my Metro acct. I was supposed to get a Motorola razor 2023 for $99 plus $50 for the month. Totaling 150$. I ended up paying $340.!!!! And when I ask for the receipt the manager but the name of Zeb said that their machine has not arrived yet and he's unable to give me a receipt.... I came back to that store a few days later when he wasn't there and I asked the other gentleman who worked there for a receipt apparently I was charged for my phone which is $99 $50 for the plan and additional $59 for a Galaxy 832 screen protector which apparently costs also $60 and that charge came out twice and then when I did buy that razor the guy Zeb , gave me as he said a free wireless charger since he couldn't give me a case or a screen protector for the phone being that I spent $340 so now that I got the receipt I took it to corporate,,, but before I did that I called Zeb and I asked him I said buddy I just got a receipt from your store and why was I charged for a free wireless charger $60 and why am I getting charged twice for a $60 charge two times for 8:32 Galaxy screen protector he texted me back saying oh I'll explain it to you in a minute and never ever returned any of my calls since so my advice is do not let any Metro by T-Mobile store fool you into telling you that your company whatever company cell phone company you are with is owned by T-Mobile that's their new trick to get more money out of you so be careful when you buy and make sure you call MetroPCS corporate before going into a store and buying anything
And especially do not go to the parkchester Metro by T-Mobile store at 1934 Westchester ave. Because they will steal your money and smile while they're doing it

A terrible experience, they charge you things you didn't ask for and in the end they tell you I don't have a receipt! But how I didn't pay $100 but $1500 I told him either you give me the receipt or I give you back the phone where the paper came from I don't know but I had the receipt right there, everything smelled bad to me since I entered but I tried to give a vote trustworthy, they gave me a few things that I did not ask for, and incidentally damaged by the charger that they charged me for was damaged, if the company's policy is not to return the money because they do not start by handing over their receipts to see how they are doing begging!!!!

One of the worse metro pcs in the Bronx the owner says the credit or debit machine is not working 98% of the time so he can receive cash on all sales items and does not do financing cause he the owner wants to charge full price on the phones.

An employee at this location sold a used phone to my senior citizen mother telling her it was new. The phone started overheating in less than a day. They took advantage of a senior citizen. A despicable act.
