This establishment is extremely unprofessional and they steal your money. My grandmother purchased a cellphone here and she was within the 14 day window to return and they were refusing to accept the return and refund us the full amount. The lady at the front desk was rude and called my grandmother a "h**", and she insulted my mother. I need to speak to someone in management immediately. Please avoid this location AT ALL COST if you care about your money and want to be treated with respect.

Not a narrative or ideology respect to the Latin community this is an isolated situation experience. Unfortunately as professional this business is trying to represent. It comes short unfortunately I say again. Because the lady in question was eating so much food it almost became impossible just to hear her speak coherently.

I was originally there to get a s10 or s20 the lady said i would get it until 2 days later.i wanted to walkout with a phone so I winded up getting the Samsung galaxy a21.i was told its a really good phone and alot are buying it but I'm not satisfied at all.the camera has poor quality sending pictures to people I have on Facebook takes longer then usaul the apps are more slow the notifications aren't coming in as fast..i used my upgrade from having a s9 to this and this to me is just a downgrade.

At first metro used to be a good data service carrier but now that tmobile have the company the data service is bad slow most of the time thats why i gave it a one star. Im getting a other phone company.
