This place is a bit of a cheat, since I bought a supposed offer and it ended up being a scam. I requested a new line and they offered me an iPhone 12 which I paid for and since I wanted it for a second line I wanted a line for 50 dollars a month, they asked me to give me a discount of 5 dollars a month for the service that they put auto payment and this It is the second month charging $91 dollars and when I complained to the manager, he told me that after three months I could lower the plan to $50 dollars. That's misleading offers, my people already know, they're stuck with these, missing and deceptive.

I had the pleasure being assisted by representative; Zab at this Metro location. Zab helped me install my new 5G connection and fix some minor problems with my phone bill. Definitely recommend him for anyone that is looking to switch over to Metro, buy a new phone, etc. This representative is THE MAN! 10/10??. Thank you Zab!

Tried to hold onto metro after couple of times getting bad service in different location at this place there was a cool dude now there is this lady called Lisa with horrible service , after more than 5 years with metro is time to leave metro, ???
