Very knowledgeable and helpful. They’re not the friendliest place but not really unfriendly. They’re just so busy they forget to smile. If that doesn’t bother you than this place is fine.

The idiots gave me the wrong prescription, billed me for it, and I took a pill thinking it was my medicine. I had to go to the hospital (not Montefiore) to see if it did any harm because I didn't feel well after taking it. The absolute worst pharmacy in all the Bronx.

I seldom complain or write bad reviews. I generally just chalk negative incidents up as being just a momentary thing but in this case after a number of incidents and a pattern of repeat behavior, I am sure it's just not me. This pharmacy has the worst professionalism and customer service ever-- especially the senior pharmacist who's there more regularly than others along with Targo-- with the exception of a couple of ladies that work at the register who tries to be as friendly and as helpful as possible. They constantly rotate staff so the left hand is never in sync with the right hand. If you ever run into an issue, you can forget being able to address the concern and get it resolved immediately. You will have to repeat things a number of times and still intentionally not be heard. They never accept accountability...you are spoken to as if your business is not valued - - as though you are a liar when you are simply repeating what you were previously told by "their coworker". Forget patience .. never have time to listen...just over talks you as not to purposely assist you in whatever way they can. I will voice my concerns with my physicians as not to have me and my family prescriptions sent here ever again .. After this visit, I will not be giving them my business again. I hope people in that area know that pharmacies come a dime a dozen, and though this one may be convenient there are plenty of options and we can choose not to do business here.
