This is the absolute best dress shopping experience I had ever had! We ordered a dress from Amazon for my daughter’s 5th grade graduation and it was back ordered at the last minute. We showed up to melrose 10 minutes before closing and the ladies had my baby fitted altered and a corsage made within 30 minutes!!! They were so accommodating and so sweet and patient they also were so understanding with my cranky preteen (who hates dresses) she looked amazingly beautiful and I am so grateful to these gorgeous angels that helped us!!! Please support these ladies!!!

I had a wonder experience at Melrose Bridal Palace. They took good care of my son with helping him to decide the tuxedo he was going to wear for his prom. Very friendly and family oriented place. I recommend this bridal shop to everyone ??❤️

Extremely bad customer service, scammers. They charged me for renting chairs and tables, on the day of the event they showed up only with the chairs, later than the scheduled time and I am still waiting (after several attempts to communicate and always a story) for a return of the service not provided and the supposed deposit. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Run away from this place!They deserve -0 stars. They don't even deserve to appear in any search engine. Do not do business with this place!

Terrible they completely ruined the dress they said the dress would be ready at 1:30 and it turns out they had not started repairing it and they made bags that I did not ask them to make they cut it too long paying almost 300 dollars for a dress that the price original is $100 or less I don't recommend the place is terrible they will waste your time and money

What a bad service ? I had some invitations made and he didn't include the names of the godparents, I repeated my dress several times, they delivered it to me badly cut and dirty, the truth is I don't recommend it, terrible service ?
