Do not ever go to this store they sell used items for double the price I went to go buy a Samsung remote and he was charging me 50 dollars for the old remote which is 8 dollars in stores 15 the most I’ve seen in Amazon and he had the nerve to tell me he’s not Walmart or Samsung he has store rent to pay

To the previous review (Margaret arriaga) this store doesn't sell scooters , seems like you obviously bought it down the block at some other place, sorry for your loss there ,what ever you buy at mega sounds actually comes with warranty and they do take good care off there customers ,i buy lots of TV's and home appliances for homes that i rebuild...

Save your money and go somewhere else more legit. The majority of their inventory is refurbished that they sell for original “brand new” prices. The sales personal have little to no knowledge of the items. From the owner to the workers they are all about scamming you for your money. I bought a LG portable air conditioner for $304. When I got home the unit was an Avista portable air conditioner that was refurbished. When I called the store they refused that it was refurbished and that many air conditioners come in the wrong box. After back and forth on the phone for about 10mins they agreed to swap the air conditioner for an actual brand new LG one. When I got to the store for the swap the story was now that it was a factory error and that they were sorry. Although the situation was resolved it doesn’t change the fact that they lied about the initial purchase, charged me full price for a refurbished unit, and changed their stories over and over. Please do yourself a favor and if you’re thinking about shopping here, keep walking and find another store.
