The face on the two girls at the register makes you want to either teach them customer service or smack them. They are rude and seems to not care about customers as if they not getting paid !! The men working checking on bags, watch you like you stealing from them! The girls can easily get smack so if they don’t get properly trained to handle customers this will happen! They are so rude!!!

About the store, I can say that there are nice things, always full and organized, the problem here is the following, the EMPLOYEES ??♀️ are super annoying, they are not friendly, they have a dog face, nothing professional, the customer service horrible, very bad, change of staff ?

The owner of this store is extremely rude, aggressive , disrespectful and a disgusting human being to customers and his employees. I visited this store and the owner was yelling at an employee for being on the floor and not on the register. He walked by me and yelled you see the customer is still here touching!! I was so confused I thought that was part of the buying and shopping process. I explained to him that whatever I touch I buy! He threw me out the store! Why do you as an owner open a store in a neighborhood where you are rude, and aggressive? He is disrespectful and a disgusting human being.

My experience was absolutely incredible some things were reasonable prices. My only consider was that you have to ask in order to use the fitting room and they have it blocked until you actually ASK. I would go again just because of the jewelry but I also have to say that the bags were a little overpriced like oh ok it might have “diamonds” but it’s just too much.
