First of all. Chris the tow truck driver deserves 10 stars. My car stopped running suddenly leaving me stranded. I called my AAA company which could not tow me because my car was too low because of lowering springs I have on my car and the driver didn't have blocks or ramps. I was told to call an independent tow service. And after calling about 6 different companies I got in touch with Maximus Towing. Chris showed up about 20- 30 minutes after I called and was a TRUE professional. Dude was cool and calm under pressure, because not only was my car not starting, but I couldn't put it in gear, and it needs to be in Neutral to be towed. Chris told me there's an override lever and showed me how to get to it which enabled me to put the car in neutral. Not only did he have blocks to put under my wheels, but he had race ramps which allows cars with lowered suspensions to safely and easily get up on a flatbed. He got me to my destination and safely lowered my car into a parking spot. I am truly grateful to Chris and Maximus Towing. I would recommend them to anybody needing a tow ESPECIALLY if you have a lowered car ( lowering springs, coilovers or air ride). Salute to you Chris you have the right attitude and professionalism in dealing with people and knowing your skills.....also you were right it was the fuel pump.

You have not responded to the request regarding your tow truck towing a blue Porsche on Sunday February 26th hitting my car. As noted we have evidence and witness accounts of the blue Porsche hitting the car and you driving away without leaving information. Please respond to either this or the other review so we may resolve this issue.

Amazing! Darius helped me when I waited 8 HOURS for a tow to come and he came in 20 minutes after my previous tow never came! He was even kind enough to drop me off with my car, and made sure no damage occurred to my vehicle.Service: Car towing
